Roasted Zucchini and Tomato with Basil and Herb Sauce. Callaloo with Sun Dried Tomato Pesto. Spiced Basmati Rice. Red Rice and Lentils with Coconut Cream and Thyme Seasoning. Shake and Bake Jerk Tofu. Roasted Potato and Mushroom with Rosemary and Garlic. Mixed Green Salad. $7-$9 per meal
